About Old School Cattery

Old School Cattery is run by owners Pamela and Oli. Pamela is a qualified animal behaviourist and studied animal behaviour in 2004 with the Open College Network provided by COAPE (Centre of Applied Pet Ethology). Pamela has loved and lived with cats all her life and is passionate not only about their everyday well-being, but their emotional and spiritual senses as well. She has worked in animal rescue, encountering a range of personalities and behavioural quirks. This has allowed her to understand how to provide a home away from home for more nervous and timid cats. Pamela also understands that cats are extraordinary and intelligent creatures that need not only a loving warm safe environment but plenty of mental stimulation; this is why toys and games are provided to ensure that cats in her care do not get bored. At the Old School Cattery we do not take on a high number of cats as we prefer to provide a high quality one-to-one service for each cat.
